Anxious to see what version 1.0 brings; - groups ? - easier selection of objects

Finally a simple engineering drawing/ drafting app. This is hard to find for a PC or a Mac let alone the iPhone and IPad..

Great app, does more than I expected. I needed a simple CAD for renovation and installation projects that I could use on site. I tried the lite version and within an hour of learning the tool had the first project done. I immediately bought the full version. An issue transferring files by e-mail was resolved by Eric within a couple of hours and on a Saturday to boot. Impressive, to say the least. For more complex projects I intend to buy the Win/Mac version of RealCAD with full file compatibility with iPocket Draw. This app is worth every penny. Anyone expecting more for the price should get a reality check. It is a CAD on an iPhone for under $20. A real steal and a feat to have such a comfortable and powerful UI on a tiny screen.

This is the best 2D CAD program out of several available for IPad. Although it has only the basic functions, it works well and does not have lag. Although the app can benefit from a better help or user guide, because of its simplicity it does not take long to figure out how it works.

During the last update (done June 4th 2014) our program completely bugged out we cannot create a new layer without the progam closing out. Very disatisfying and unless the bug is fixed we will be deleting and not recomending to others in our field of work

iPhoneでもそれなりCAD出来るが落ち過ぎ 線を選択したあと▽のpull downメニューを選択しようとして "iOS通知用タブ " に触ると落ちることがある。(データは消えてませんが） T(text)にはAlignをつけてほしい(left / center / right) Duplicate(複製)を選んだあとGroup化された図形を選択したあと、移動しようすると図形の端点を触ってしまうと 図形が変形してしまう。 (Duplicate moveを使えば、指定した方向(相対dx,dy)へ指定した回数をコピーできるが、位置を自由に移動しようとするときは困る） 　＊端点を触ると図形が変形する　これの固定化が欲しい　zoomしておけば線を選択できるからいいが 　　広範囲のGroup化された図形を複数選択して、それらをDuplicateで移動するときは拡大した時に、 　　選択がすべて解除されるので無理 light版は50個図形しか保存されないのが、良さそうなのでこっちを購入 iOSのデバイスでライトにCADが使えるので基本的に満足はしている。

A great start for a vector based app on such a small device. Has the basic tools and together with the zoom allows for some pretty decent stuff to be done. I use it for basic flow charting and simple screen layout/design. The following features would take it to the next level (for me) - group selection of objects - bring to front / move to back - undo - copy & paste - snap to grid despite the list, Im still very impressed with this app and able to make very good use of it. Looking forward to the updates.

Great start Full version needs: Send as jpg or pdf DXF and CAD files are useless for sharing with most people Bought it in spite of this flaw just to be able to save Tried CAD email and it doesnt work intuitively Waiting for sending upgrades

I downloaded this app. in hopes that I could quickly draw up some field details and shoot them back to the office. Unfortunatly we followed the steps in changing the file to .dxf so we could open it in cad and all we got was invaled file. We repeated the steps several times with no luck. It would be great if the fill tool had a diagonal line fill to show a solid structure. Cool app wish I could get it to work. Needs a little work but great concept.

For an only offering of its kind, this program is really quite good. It will be interesting to see just how may features the author will be able to put into such a small package. Dont expect to draw large complicated presentations with it, but it is a good place to put your thoughts down in vector form. Another reviewer had problems exporting the drawing to .dxf; I was able to import a file into Vectorworks. Not the easiest, but it did work and I was able to take some germinal ideas and expand them.

The only app I have deleted - actually twice deleted, then downloaded again just to see if the first was defective - but unfortunately no - the entire app is quite disappointing. I losr count of the number of times the program crashed entirely when attempting to edit the last item on the screen. Could not save. And if I moved the figure, only one piece of it moved - text and other elements stayed. When I went to the support site - nothing but luscious pics of screens - no where/way to enter a query. Glad to be rid of it.

Great app when it is running, but it crashes a lot.

Im surprised this is the only app of its kind. I was looking a long time for a simple vector drawing app with editable vector points, just like the old drawing apps on a PC. Works well enough, and with a few updates could really be a killer drawing app.

I often have ideas I need to layout to remind me later with some detail. Although I have tried other excellent pixel based paint / draw APPS, I was always left wanting a vector program. This program fits that void. All functions work very well. One additional thing I would like, would to be able to off-set the cursor so it is not directly under my finger. Price may be a little high for the size of the file, but is reasonable considering the number customers available and updates I assume will be made. This APP has informed me of the RealCadd program on developer web site again. This time, I may purchase it so I can work on details on my iMAC. I currently only have a Windows CAD program. I highly recommend an iMAC over a PC. Apple makes some great products. Cant wait to use this on my iPAD.

Just as I was tempted to jump ship exclusively to mini draw over the ability to use curves, these guys have managed to step things up and delivered spline support along with a much improved user interface! Now Im excited to see whatll come next! Keep up the good work!

Good basic CAD/vector drawing. No grouping, snap to grid, or multiple-object selection.

This is a great app for any iPad user who works in a construction and engineering field. The email function is very useful and offers a variety of file attachments formats. I would have given this app a 5 star rating, but Im not totally convinced that Ill be able to draw field notes faster on this application, then I would with a pad of graphing paper and a pencil. I think with a little more practice, Ill be able to make good use of this application and I would definitely reccomend this app to my fellow co-workers and those who are in a similiar field of work. Keep up the good work!

While I appreciate what this app can do, it has a long way to go to be really useful. It needs a UI update and it seems very buggy. I cant seem to get the export functions to work right. PDFs and JPGs were not viewable. I still like the app and look forward to updates.
